Yes we do.  If your not happy with something and you return it in a timely manner, we will refund you the cost of the goods or apply a credit for you to buy something else.

We prefer direct bank deposits, however we do accept credit card payments via PayPal in New Zealand Dollars NZD. Paypal is the worlds largest online credit card payment system. All you need is an email and a credit card. If you already have a paypal account, it will ask you to sign in.

Each item comes with a warranty of 12 months from BWMsnow. All items needing to be put under warranty must be returned to BWMsnow for inspection and then we will deal with it. This is because we parallel import the goods.
